Fairy Whisperer, Karen Kay, connects to the elemental realms bringing through ancient wisdom from fairies, mermaids and unicorns into our human realm. A regular guest on TV and radio, including ITV’s This Morning, Celebrity Goggle Box (Channel 4), Channel 4’s Steph’s Packed Lunch, and she appeared in an episode for a series with former ITV presenter Fern Britton.
Karen is a passionate nature lover. Her friendship with the fairies began as a young child in her grandmother’s garden, where she used to collect rose petals to make perfume for the flower fairies. She is related to renowned fairy poet and author, Walter De La Mare. This is a far cry from her former life as a BBC news editor.
Karen is the author of Fairy Whispering 111 Magical Practices for Connecting with the Fairies, Manifesting with the Fairies, Oracle of the Fairies (in standard and pocket fairy-sized!), and Messages from the Mermaids.
From goth to gossamer! From punk to pixie! Karen has been whispering with fairies since she was two years young! She stepped out of the fairy closet many moons ago and is happy to share her experiences about these magical beings. Fairy Whispering Weekend Workshop
8th & 9th November 2025
at Chalice Well Gardens (Meeting Room), Glastonbury, Somerset UK
I’m super excited to announce and invite you to my Weekend Fairy Whispering Workshop on the 8th & 9th November at the Chalice Well Meeting Room within the aura of Glastonbury Tor. My special guest will be the magical Violet Skies, who will be playing her beautiful sound healing Chalice Bowls.
This intimate non-residential gathering will consist of connecting with fairies, manifesting, oracle readings, vision board creation, meditations and much more. We will have access to the Chalice Well Gardens, and private access to the White Spring. As the fae always say, expect the unexpected in the most beautiful way!
