People often ask how we can see fairies, but, did you know:

“The fairies can see YOU more clearly when you let your light shine!”

So, the more you allow your inner light to shine out into the world, the more chance you have of being seen by the fairies!

You can increase your inner light by doing more meditation, being peaceful, spending more time in nature, doing a daily exercise practise, for example, yoga, walking, swimming etc, anything to get your body moving will help to increase your vibration (and health).

Eating healthily is also good, clean eating, plenty of fresh, and ideally raw food, salads etc.

These are just a few ideas of how to raise your earthly vibrations so the fairies will able to see and connect with you!

Welcome to my first newsletter from Karen Kay – The Fairy Lady As well as organising all my events, and writing my columns for Soul & Spirit Magazine, I am also currently writing a fairy book and creating an oracle deck! I shall be sure to share any exciting updates with you here and on my Fairy Lady BLOG!

Being interviewed for Gothic Beauty magazine about my early days as a goth and punk postcard girl was a dream come true! To be asked about my past and how I became The Fairy Lady meant that I could share my journey in this amazing magazine.

In the interview I talk about how my fairy journey started and everything in between! Some of it might be surprising, and amusing, but hopefully it will give you a bit more of an insight into me, and who I am now.

Embracing the past is a huge part of who I am today, and I love every moment that has led me to where I am right now. I feel so very blessed to have been a part of an amazing scene as a goth/post-punk and now The Fairy lady! I love it!
