WOW! There is one month to go until we open the fairy door to the twentieth anniversary of 3 Wishes Fairy Festival! Even just typing this seems hard to believe! How did twenty years fly by in a fairy flash? I have no idea! But what I do know is that my team and I are going strong and creating magic for all who attend this magical gathering, held near Glastonbury within the aura of the Tor…. on 21-22-23 August.

I’m excited about so many things as usual, but the one thing that I’m super excited about is the launch party and oracle activation for my forthcoming Enhanced Realms Oracle. To have the launch party at my fairy festival feels like a dream-come-true and I’m over-the-fairy-moon to share it with some of you.

 

My Fairy Tea Party and Oracle Activation will take place at 2pm in the Fairy School Dream Dome in the field of Dreams at Garslade farm, Godney, Nr Glastonbury. Even the location sounds magical! Because it IS! Plus there’s a special 50% off ticket gift for anyone who preorders my deck!

Fairy Spotting

It’s time to go fairy spotting! It’s said that ‘seeing is believing’ but in fact the opposite is true: believing is seeing.

Have you ever seen a fairy? Maybe you have, but you tried to explain it away with the voice of reason. Or perhaps you’re a fully‐fledged believer, or better still a ‘knower’ – you know fairies exist. Fairies can appear to us in many different ways. Being sensitive and open to experiences is helpful when fairy spotting as it allows us to be more receptive to seeing these magical spirits of nature. They very often appear as flashes of light darting around wooded areas or gardens – or, if you’re really lucky, inside your home. They can also manifest just outside your line of sight, often in the corner of your field of vision, so you’re not totally sure if there’s anything there at all. Sometimes they can be felt intuitively, seen only in your mind’s eye. They may also bring a flowery scent or an unusual smell rather like toffee apples or popcorn. When they appear in their full form it’s a true privilege, for they’re rightly wary of humans.

You could try photographing fairies. Even if you can’t see them with your own eyes, a camera can often pick up a fairy essence, which may appear as a beam of light or a tiny orb. The best place to do this is out in nature, either in your garden or in woodland. Midsummer’s eve is a particularly good time to look for fairies. You’re most likely to see a fairy if you care about nature and the environment, as they will be more willing to connect with you.

YOUR FAIRY MESSAGE

Go Outside

It’s time to go outside! Tune in to the powerful peace of nature, wherever you are, and feel at one with your habitat.

When the Fairy Queen of the Forest graces your card, it’s time to get out and get close to nature. The magic of your local forest or woodland is calling to you right now. Often the message is simply to get outside so you can recharge your batteries. We can forget to do this when we get wrapped up in our work, particularly if we’re sitting in front of

screens and computers. So, if you can, spend some quiet, contemplative time in this environment. Find a place that calls to you, sit there and just ‘be’. Have no expectations, just experience your surroundings and be receptive to any signs.

The Fairy Queen of the Forest urges you to feel the powerful peace of nature and to be open to any signs – such as the appearance of certain animals, or their actions – that may appear during your mini‐retreat. You might need only five minutes, but you can be assured that this gift to yourself of being in nature will give you much more energy to get on with your working life in a more productive way. It would be wise to follow this advice from the Fairy Queen of the Forest when she appears because she knows only too well how precious the gifts of the forest are. If you’re not physically able to get outside, then look at an image of woodland in a book or magazine – or, as a last resort, on screen. You can also use creative visualization to imagine you’re outside enjoying nature.
