I have a funny story, as I had not yet heard the full audio book I decided to listen to it this morning whilst lying in bed and I subsequently fell asleep! The Fairy Queen of Light comes to shed love and light onto your current situation, and to remind you that light can penetrate the darkness. ‘Love and light and all things bright will remove your fears in the darkest night’ – this is a message direct from the Fairy Queen of Light.

Light is your protection: it casts away any shadows, and wherever it shines the truth will ultimately be revealed.

The Fairy Queen of Light also comes to remind you that you are light! She stands in the dark forest, yet her light travels far so she can find her way clearly through the darkness. If you feel as though you can’t find your own light, she will offer you one of her lamps to illuminate your path, and the path of others who need to discover their own inner light. It’s an instinctive thing to be attracted to light, and when you shine yours it will attract others like moths to a flame.

Fairy light has a different quality to other light. It contains magical particles that not only expose the truth but also reveal the beauty of a situation and the lesson to receive from it. When the light of truth shines, nothing can be hidden, and the shadows are exposed. There’s nothing harsh about this healing and revealing light; the Fairy Queen of Light shines her light gently and peacefully – but persistently too, until only the truth remains. She reminds us that when we can face the darkness and the shadow side of ourselves without fear, the light can remain as a permanent part of our ‘seeing’ and our experience in life.

ORACLE CARD MESSAGE

Fairy Message: LOOK IN A BOOK

Your card for the day and week ahead is HOPE from my newly released Pocket Oracle of the Fairies (Fairy Sized deck). This deck is illustrated by Ginger Kelly and is published by Hay House. 50% off all of decks until 2nd December on the Hay House website.

Whatever your question right now, you’ll find the answer in a book. The words you find will bring the insight you seek.

The fairies are saying that the guidance you seek is contained within a book. Look around right now and pick up the first book you see – even if it’s this guidebook! Hold the book against your heart and say: ‘Fairies, turn the pages in this book for me, and guide my fingers to the words I need to see.’ Now close your eyes and randomly flick through the book, allowing your finger to come to rest somewhere on a page. Read the words and see if they resonate with you (if your finger lands on a picture, try again until it lands on text). If the words immediately seem relevant, take them on board. If they don’t, write them down and sit with them for a day or two. Be patient and their meaning will come to you.

You can also ask for the meaning of the words to be revealed in your dreams. Before you go to sleep, write the words on a piece of paper and place it under your pillow, saying: ‘Fairies, these words I place beneath my head, reveal the meaning while I lie in my bed.’ In the morning, write down any dreams you can remember, then be patient as the wisdom from your words filters through into your waking reality.

The card may also be a reminder that reading or writing a book would be good for you right now. If there’s one you’ve been meaning to read or write for years, now is the time to do it. The fairies may also be saying that a book could prove a valuable gift for someone else, as it may open their mind to other ways of being.

Fairy Message: BELIEVE IN MAGIC

Open your eyes and see the magic that’s all around in nature. The Fairy of the Northern Lights says you are part of nature, so you are magical too.

When the Fairy of the Northern Lights appears, she comes to tell you to open your eyes and see the magic that’s all around you. The aurora borealis is pure magic, and seeing the colourful ribbons of light dancing in the sky is on many a wish list. Perhaps you, too, have felt drawn to see this phenomenon in real life? If so, this card is confirmation that it’s time to start making those plans. Or maybe another faraway location is calling to you?

When nature beckons you, your spirit knows the way to go. The message may not be so literal, however. Instead, this magical fairy could be flying in to remind you to open your eyes and heart to the magic and wonder of the natural world, so much of which we take for granted. The Fairy of the Northern Lights says, ‘When you’re taking a walk, stop: look up, look down and see the magic that’s all around!’ Because sometimes we need a gentle reminder to stop and smell the roses, and revel in the magic of nature.

Perhaps you’re being called to inspire someone else to see the world through new eyes of wonderment. Children see magic all around them; it’s natural to them. If you feel stuck in a rut, tune in to your inner child and learn to see the world through the eyes of a youngster once again.

During my Glastonbury faerie weekend I chatted about fairies with the TV crew from Weird Britain for SKY TV’s @historyuk @beastlytheories  – It will be aired in 2025. I will let you know when it’s due to be screened.

Fairy Message: MANIFESTATION

Your card for the day and week ahead is MANIFESTATION from my forthcoming Pocket Oracle of the Fairies (Fairy Sized deck). Published in November, just after my Fairy Whispering book! This deck is illustrated by Ginger Kelly.

Your card for whenever you’re seeing this is Manifestation: Be very honest and clear about what you wish to manifest in your life. Now write it down on paper: manifestation, step one!
One of the simplest manifestation techniques is to write down what you want to manifest, whether it’s an idea, a wish or a dream. Be honest with yourself and very clear about what it is you wish to happen. Once it exists on the paper, it exists in the physical world. Can it really be that simple? In a word, yes! Another great way to do this is to say: ‘I wish to
manifest [your idea/wish/dream], or something better, in my life.’

Next, think of practical steps that you can take to start the process of bringing your idea into the world, always remembering that your plan must respect the free will of others. Intention is key here, for it’s our intent that directs the flow of energy in our life, like a magnet. Stay fully focused and allow the Fairy of Manifestation to guide you during this magical exercise. Try to do one thing every day towards manifesting your idea, wish or dream, and trust in the process.

Be sure to keep a lookout for any fairy signs that may appear along the way, and follow their advice. This way you’re allowing the divine universal intelligence to help you manifest in the best way for achieving the highest good of all.

Fairy Message: WAIT FOR WINTER

Your card for the day and week ahead is Wait for Winter from my forthcoming Pocket Oracle of the Fairies (Fairy Sized deck). Published on 12th November, just after my Fairy Whispering book! This deck is illustrated by Ginger Kelly.

During the colder months the Fairy Queen of Winter will help you manifest your most heartfelt wishes, as long as your intentions are for the highest good of all.

Wishes or spiritual seeds made in your heart will come to fruition during the winter months, emerging like winter berries – ripe and full of promise. The Fairy Queen of Winter, with snowflakes on her wings, comes to remind you to keep your faith, to remember that all wishes, like seeds, grow in darkness until they’re ready to burst forth into the light.

Are you ready to receive your wishes? Part of the wishing process is to prepare yourself for their manifestation. This could involve removing any psychic ties or spiritual obstacles that have been

holding you back from the full realization and birthing of your dreams into this earthly realm.

Wherever you live in the world, you’ll know the Fairy Queen of Winter is nearby when the weather turns cooler, or when you see snowdrops pushing up through the snow – this is a sign that your wishes, too, are soon to bloom. Remember that our wishes don’t always manifest in the way we’ve envisaged; they will come to be in whichever way is perfect for all concerned and for the highest good of all.

Be especially receptive to any inspiration or ideas that float into your mind around the magical time of winter. It’s also the time to practise divination using winter-related mediums, such as snowflakes or ice, if you live in a country that has cold winters; if you don’t, you can use ice cubes.

Fairy Message: TREE WISDOM

This Tree Dryad will help you to navigate through your current situation. Her flute can reveal insights and answers through the sounds it makes.

This Tree Dryad invites you to tune in to ancient tree wisdom and allow it to imbue your aura. She plays upon her wooden flute to attract your attention through its enchanting sound and vibration, and wishes you to know that your present situation can be helped when you connect with trees.

Hugging a tree is a great way to have direct physical contact and form an energetic connection. Always ask permission from the tree before doing this. Take a few moments to visualize yourself deeply rooted in the ground, just like the tree, and say in your mind or out loud, ‘I wish to connect with you. May I hug you, tree?’ You should receive an instantaneous answer, which may come as a word or a feeling. Trust this.

Trees offer their wisdom through different gifts depending on the season. In the spring and summer months, tree blossoms can be very healing and uplifting. In the cooler seasons of autumn and winter, the trees shed their leaves knowing that there will be new growth in the springtime. The same goes for you. The fairies say tree wisdom can help you shed any unwanted cares or concerns, so learn to release with love, and know that new spiritual growth will come to you when the time is right.

Tree wisdom is knowing that birds, insects and animals will carry the trees’ seeds far away so they can grow in their own right, literally in their own light. Perhaps it’s time for you to move away from a situation that’s stunting your growth, or for a general move to allow a new set of circumstances to open up in your life.

Fairy Message: INSPIRATION

Be prepared, as you’ll soon receive a visit from the Fairy of Inspiration. Come dusk or dawn, she can call at any time.

The Fairy of Inspiration is full of ideas and will gladly share them with you. All you need to do is be receptive to her whisperings. She may plant the most fantastical ideas in your head, but remember you always have a choice, so if an idea doesn’t resonate for you, then simply let it go; it may be meant for someone else. When an idea does
resonate, however, go with the fairy‐flow and trust where it may lead. Sit back and enjoy the fairy‐ride of fun and creativity as you transform inspirational ideas into reality.

Perhaps it’s time to plant your own seeds – your own ideas. Take a tip from this card’s helpful fairy and plant your seeds of inspiration in fertile soil, allowing them to grow using positivity combined with practical action.

Call on this friendly fairy whenever you feel you’re lacking inspiration. To connect with her, go outside and just ‘be’ in nature; or, if you’re unable to get out, meditate on a photo of nature in a magazine or online. Allow your senses to perceive the beauty all around, and set your intention to allow the inspiration to flow.

Free Fairy Whispering Taster Workshop

Yay! It’s not long until my Vintage Fairy Weekend in Glastonbury where I will be hosting a Fairy Whispering taster workshop for free! I will also be revealing a few secrets from my new book too!

The daytime event including workshops and talks are totally free! Venue: Glastonbury Town Hall,Magdalene St, Somerset, UK. There will also be the most magical fairy market and vegan sweet-tooth cafe during the daytimes. There are a couple of tickets left for the Vintage Faerie Ball HERE.

MESSAGE: Find peace externally by focusing on achieving internal peace first. Meditation is a pathway to this peace within.

As he sits cross‐legged in meditation, this fairy king has found deep spiritual peace. He wants you to discover this state within yourself too and says that by spending just a few minutes each day in quiet contemplation, you’ll soon feel calm and tranquil. This energy will then expand throughout your everyday thoughts and actions. Make meditation a daily habit and see how much more relaxed and content you feel, and how serene and drama‐free your life becomes.

The peace lily that the fairy king is holding reminds him that peace is present inside and outside. In our day‐to‐day life things happen that disturb us, but believe it or not, we can choose how we react to external events.

Sometimes we may feel that we don’t have the capability to remain calm, especially during stressful situations. However, if you try to do so one step at a time, one day at a time, you could be pleasantly surprised by how swiftly peace enters your life as a result.

Peace is just a thought away, and we can underestimate the power of our mind to influence our internal narrative.

Manifestation
Manifest an aura of peace by doing things that make you feel peaceful (full of peace). Deep breathing and meditation are just two ways to manifest peace within.

Affirmation
I feel peace in every situation. When I am at peace, I can act swiftly and do the right thing.
