LETTING GO
Keep hope in your heart by letting go. It’s possible to salvage something you thought was lost by releasing any attachments and letting go.

This mermaid wants you to know the power of letting go. If love leaves your life, remember to count the beautiful blessings of the impact this love had on you. It’s easy and normal to feel bitter or angry, but this will only delay the process of healing your tender heart. Try to forgive and

surrender any pain or feelings of loss. Allow your tears to flow as you let go of what was and embrace what will be.

Letting go can be challenging, but with this release comes a greater and deeper joy as time heals any sadness. If the love lost refers to a partner or spouse, know that your relationship was part of your divine destiny. It’s helped lead you to the place you’re in now.

If you’re letting go of love lost from a family member or the end of a friendship, know that destiny never gets it wrong. Everyone has the right amount of time with you on this planet. Counting the blessings gained from your connection helps to heal the feelings of sadness and loss as you let go.

Love lost may also apply to a beloved pet or an animal companion. Animal lovers feel the loss of love deeply, too, and the process of healing is the same. Take the time to remember the happy times and feel the divine blessings from your connection.

Saying this affirmation can help with the process of letting go: I’m open to the swift and total healing of my heart as I practise letting go so that I may embrace the golden future that awaits.

INNOCENCE
Focus on innocence as you navigate through the current situation. The purity of your innocent heart will guide and protect you through challenging times.

This mermaid protects her heart, for this is the home of innocence. This delicate yet paradoxically strong part of ourselves, can feel or appear corrupted as we journey through life, yet in truth, it’s always pure.

Innocence is a protection against the harshness and cynicism of life. Staying true to your innocent heart is the correct course of action.

If you’re caught up in a legal battle or a court case at the time this card appears in your reading, your innocence is highly likely to be revealed and upheld as long as you hold on to integrity and honesty.

Whatever you’ve done in life, remember that your soul is eternally innocent. We all have the ability to connect with our original childlike essence of innocence, even in adult life. Innocence has no age limit, it’s a natural state of being that you can reclaim right now.

Living in innocence has a magnetic beauty that others will be drawn to instinctively. They will wish to be in your presence for there’s an aura of purity surrounding you.

Is someone around you taking advantage of your innocent nature? Perhaps they are mistaking it for gullibility? Remember that your innocence is also your strength, and it will serve as protection in times of need.

Mermaid and Mer-Fairy Ritual

Mermaid and Mer-Fairy Ritual

If you follow me on social media, then you’ll know that I connect with all elementals, including the mermaids and mer‐fairies. So, I just had to share this enchanting oceanic ritual with you.

If you’re able to visit a beach for this ritual, that would be perfect. However, I realize this won’t be possible for everyone, and I have devised this ritual so that anyone can connect with the mer‐beings, whether they are inland or close to the sea.

Get some pure water – ideally from a natural spring, or mineral or filtered water. Next, get some salt – ideally natural salt with no additives, as many salt products have anti‐caking agent in them.

Find a lovely container – perhaps a ceramic or glass bowl. If you have an aquamarine container that reminds you of the ocean, that would be ideal, but it isn’t essential.

Put a few pinches of the salt into the container. Then put your clean fingers into the water and let the drips fall onto the salt. Stir the salt and water together, while saying the following:

With water and salt, to symbolize ‘sea’, may mer-fairy wisdom reside within me. So it is, and so ‘shell’ it be.

Close your eyes and place your finger onto your third eye area (between your eyebrows). Feel the energy of the salt water cleansing your third eye, and energetically connecting you to the mer‐beings. Sit for a while and absorb this beautiful energy. Allow your mind to drift and see what floats into it.

When you feel ready, open your eyes and ground yourself. Drink some water (not the salt water!), then put the water in your container outside, or place it on your fairy altar (see page 15) and let it evaporate.

After this exercise, ensure you drink water regularly. Drinking water will keep you connected to this energy, and it’s good for your physical body, too.

In the Enchanted Realms session, we’ll be calling in the fae for guidance, healing, and manifestation… it’s always such a powerful experience when we gather together with intention.

I will also be BOOK & ORACLE signing on the Hay House booth, and offering a FREE one card mini reading with each purchase of my book or oracle decks (while stocks last).

My presentations will be on Saturday 23rd and Sunday 24th May (timings listed on the MBS website). The festival runs Friday through Monday, so there’s plenty of time to immerse yourself in magic.
